Happy 36th birthday to me thank god for my life...

I turn a year older today September 19th and I can't tell you guys how grateful I am for the life I have. I may not have everything I want yet...but I have more than I thought was even possible and for that I am thankful. I am thankful for my family, friends, all LIB readers and well wishers.

My prayer as I turn 36 today is to find an amazing guy soon, settle down, have a bunch of kids and continue to live, impact my world and make a difference. Please say a prayer for me! I mean it! :-)

Also, happy birthday to every one else born today. May God continue to bless, love and protect us. Thank you guys so much for all the lovely birthday wishes that I know will come.
Massive hug and plenty kisses

#MTNProjectFame9 : Hearty Birthday cheers For Bolanle Olukanni

... all contestants placed on Probation as Benjamin and Blessing Depart

The ongoing MTN Project Fame 9 continues to excite with more twists and turn as all contestants were once again placed on probation by the judges.

However there was time enough for the audience and co-show host, Joseph Benjamin to wish Bolanle Olukanni a happy birthday.

The delectable screen goddess, whose birthday fell on the day of the show was overwhelmed with emotions as the audience broke into rapturous cheers and a birthday song.

Not one to be left behind, co-host Joseph Benjamin serenades Bolanle with a special birthday song. As the chants of “Happy Birthday” and “I love you Bolanle” faded, Bolanle and Joseph wasted no time in getting down to the business of the day.

On the beautiful Saturday evening, the contestants performed a mash-up of African contemporary songs. But the moment of truth came when the contestants lined up to hear the verdicts based on the viewers’ votes. Gabriel, Oluchi, Benjamin, Blessing and Eli polled the least votes and had to perform one more time to prove themselves capable to continue in the race towards fame.

The captivating performances by the five left powerful emotions in the room, with Gabriel out shining his compatriots. Oluchi and Eli were saved by the Faculty members and fellow Project Fame contestants respectively while Blessing and Benjamin were evicted from the academy.

The duo wrapped up the show with powerful performances and strong words of self-encouragement.

Sunday was a Rock and Roll Night. The remaining contestants put up gutsy and energy performances. However, despite their performances, all contestants were once again placed on probation by the judges. The Sunday show closed with a performance by Johnny Drille from Project Fame Season 7.

The journey to fame continues to get more intense. However, there can only be one winner. Who would that winner be? Each week brings us closer to the answer!
